Makeup wonder.
Early this year i went to an event that was called "Chic Pop". It was so fun, we had the chance to tryout "poll dancing", makeover by our stylist from "LAH’LAH’LAND", DIY face mask and foot scrub using only organic stuff (honey, sugar, milk and etc), there was also makeup stylist and after all of that you can take picture by distinguish photographer to take your beautiful pictures and print it on the spot for FREE. Anyways, i'm here not to talk about this event. On that event, i met this nice lady, and we talking bout makeup. She said "Recently i watched a show from Japan. They were revealing on how woman cant live without makeup." I said, "I can imagine how i would look without makeup on, disaster!!". She said, "Exactly, men they want us to look natural beauty, but even if you see a girl looks natural, actually at least they will put on face powder to cover up the flaws. The was really bad to reveal it like that, cause after wearing makeup and the girl wore something nice, she looks of course like a model." And i nodded my head and agree with her all the way of our conversations.
Yes, i know make up can damage our face. But to look pretty that's the price to pay. Thats where you need to pay back by going for face treatment and pamper your body. Ok i will stop saying bout the needs that you have to do for yourself. I am here just to share something that i've been using for so long , i guess since i was 20 years old.
The reason i love this is because myself i don't seem to have confidence when i am interacting with people. When i was in school time, i would category myself as UGLY. It is not that i don't appreciate what i have, but i always feel down because of my odd body shape and small eyes, big nose. I don't tell anybody bout how i feel because im good in hiding it. Until after SPM i tried to experiment myself with makeups. At first i start to experiment with concealer to hide my uneven skin tone and i dap with face powder. My first face powder was "johnson and johnson" face powder. Then i grew up with pink lipsticks and then pink blusher. And walawei, i look pretty and time to find a boyfriend. hehe (agak gediks sikit yer time tuh, REMAJA kan).
Then as i grew around 20's, i tried a lot of foundation brands (Silky Girl, Maybelline, ZA and etc) but only one true love was color stay from Revlon. I love to use only this brand because it makes my face look flawless and stay on on my face for more than 8 hours without touch up. I guess i must been spending a lot of money just for a foundation. If one bottle last me for four months, and it cost around RM50. In one year, i will be spending my foundation RM150++.I know women will buy anything that can make them look pretty and cosmetics have made them feel happy and be more confident in showing their personality, that is why nowadays women can succeed in everything and even can rule the country.. hehehe.. (Wow) Hence, cosmetics can be seen vary in supermarkets, shopping centre and there are a lot of greater selections everyday. The technology in makeups changes everyday that made us buy them without stopping. It is just like you cant live without it.
Ok, makeup is everything in part of our life. But my advice here would be, before you apply any foundations on your face, make sure you wear mousturiser on your face.
